Profile
John creates and teaches theater around the Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts. As the Creative Director of Eggtooth Productions, the theater program director at Amherst Regional High School in Amherst, MA, and the director of DASAC, a progressive summer arts program at Deerfield Academy, John has deep roots as an artist and educator.

John was called "the Valley's genius of immersive theater" by the Valley Advocate in a profile on his 2016 adaptation of Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale.
​
John is also the 2020 Children's Theatre Foundation of America Robertson National Award Winner.
